2006 Federal Tory Election Ads

Did the Federal Conservative’s “intricate” election advertising campaign constitute a fraud? Did the party break election finance rules?

I’ll update the list of links as this story unfolds. In the meantime, I’m guessing that this must be a source of some embarassment for local provincial Tory candidate Jim Chapman, who just finished publicly criticizing the “campaign camouflage” practise of his Liberal opponent.

    Why am I not surprised? Let me guess, after all the smoke clears, all those candidates will sue for millions. Isn’t that what Mulroney did?
