A Healthier Canadian Trade Picture

According to StatsCan, increased exports to other countries account for a slightly improved trade relationship with the United States. Only 76% of our total exports have gone south so far this year, down from the high of 84% in 2002. Although exports to the U.S. did increase 5% between 2002-2007, there was a 68% jump in goods to other countries.
