Obstructive Parking

London, Ontario CANADA aspires to be a walkable city. And yet, it continues to genuflect before the automobile. Should on-street parking be allowed to obstruct pedestrians and put them at risk where there are no pedestrian roadways (ie sidewalks)? I say NO.
