Plastic signage stapled to telephone poles along the Commissioners Road E. arterial. Should business be allowed to pollute our visual environment by using telephone poles as free billboards?

I have no problem with designated areas where folks can post to their heart’s desire. It’s worked well in the local supermarket for years. But when every last pole is covered with silliness like this by folks who don’t believe in cleaning up after themselves, the streetscape starts to look like Dundas Street pretty damn quickly.
