Bicyclist Nailed By Snowplow

It appears that London drivers have struck again. This time it’s a bicyclist who was headed south on Wharncliffe at Savoy. According to A-News, “it appears he was hit by the blade of a snowplow waiting to turn onto Wharncliffe.” And of course, the common refrain: “There is no word yet on charges.”

So the cyclist hit in your post of Nov 5th is charged for a minor offence of cycling on a walkway, yet the snow plough at fault in this case is guilty of nothing?

  • Greg Fowler says:

Jesse: I didn’t catch the evening news tonight and haven’t heard about a cyclist being charged. Are you referring about one of yesterday’s posts?

  • Jesse says:

oops, november 30th 2007. I was a few days out – and a year! Sorry for any confusion, I was following your “related links” and didn’t see the year date.
