Let me guess, he was “resisting” arrest.
I knew a fellow who was transferred from Simcoe, to London then back to Simcoe again. I am not sure how many miles that is, but for the duration he was handcuffed on a bench in a van. No seat. Just a bench. No seat belt. No bench belt either. I thought there was a law demanding we ALL wear seat belts? I guess it just doesn’t apply if you are in police custody.
