Police Release – Falsifying a Police Records Check
Following a complaint that a women had falsified a London Police Criminal Records check, 38 year old Krista Schaefer was arrested on 07 May 2009 and charged with one count of Uttering a Forged Document, contrary to Section 368(1)(a) and one count of Alter a Document contrary to Section 397 (1) of the Criminal Code. She was subsequently released on a Promise to Appear in court on June 22nd, 2009.
