Draft LTC Media Relations Policy
As a consequence of the incident at the last meeting of LTC in which the Commission threatened to call police in order to have me removed (and possibly arrested?) rather than allow the public meeting to be recorded, my refusal to stop recording, and the Commission’s subsequent reconsideration…
I was finally provided a copy of the draft LTC Media Relations Policy from Commission secretary Caroline Roy via email this morning.
Which is past the LTC deadline for making submissions to the next meeting (which will review the proposal) which is this Wednesday. And even if the submission deadline didn’t exist, I don’t believe that I’ve been given adequate time to study it and compose a submission.
And no, the LTC didn’t invite me to comment on the proposed policy.
Which is why I won’t say anything further, for now.
