Police Release – Drug Warrant Executed
I had a bout with some flu earlier in the week and am playing ‘catch up.’ This was released to me 2009/05/28:
On Wednesday May 27 2009 at 9:26 pm the London Police Guns and Drugs Section in partnership with the London RCMP Drug Section executed at search warrant to 497 Cudmore Crescent. A large scale marihuana grow operation was located inside and a male and a female were arrested. Police seized 737 marihuana plants ($737,000.000), $809 in Canadian currency, $100 in US currency and a 2004 Toyota Camry. Electricity stolen is estimated at $4,428. In relation to the first warrant executed, on Thursday May 28th a warrant was executed to a residence on Frontenac Road and $4,000 in Canadian Currency was seized.
Van Thanh Le (male), 52 years of London and Thi Thu Huong Pham, (female) 41 years of Toronto are charged with possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, unlawful production of marihuana and theft under $5000.
