Cherryhill Mall Robbery
A London Police Service media release:
On Friday July 3 2009 at 10:45 am an 84 year old woman was walking in the parking lot of Cherryhill Mall located at 301 Oxford Street West when an unknown male approached her from behind, grabbed her purse causing her to fall to the ground. The male fled eastbound towards Platts Lane with her purse. The elderly woman received non life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital. Police are looking for a suspect described as male with medium complexion, 25- 30 year old, 5’10, average build, curly black hair wearing brown cargo style pants and brown long sleeved shirt.

On Saturday July 4 2009 a pickup truck was stolen from a parking lot on Dundas Street near Speight Blvd. On Sunday July 5 at 8:40 pm the suspect returned to the same parking lot with the stolen pickup truck and Police were called. The suspect was arrested on a bus on Carlyle Street near Speight Avenue.
Zabeith Pasha 25 years of London is charged with theft under $5,000.
Further Zabeith Pasha is also charged with the Robbery on July 3.
