From My Bottom Step

Our loving, caring, giving mother has gone to her eternal rest. We know she will be welcomed with open arms, not only by God and the Blessed Virgin, but by her husband Thomas (1998) and son Charles (1995).

Left to mourn her passing are her children; Greg (London), Elizabeth and her husband Gary Hesse (Orillia), Mernagh and her husband Ron Dantzer (Chatham), Frank and his wife Laura (London).

Proud grandmother of Tracy Cruickshank, Gordon Fowler, Tonia Fowler and her fiancé Easton McIntyre, Carolyn and her husband Craig Pickering, Michael, Jeffrey, Stephen Dantzer and his fiancée Whitney Mudge, Alisha, Rachel and Chad Fowler.

Granny will be sorely missed by her great grandchildren Zachery Cruickshank, Keisha, and Chase Fowler, and Faith Pickering.

Also survived by her daughter-in-law Lois, her brother-in-law Walter Fowler, along with many nieces and nephews.

Evelyn was the last surviving member of her family having been predeceased by her parents John and Elizabeth McGuire, her brothers; Jack, Charles and William, and her sisters Mernagh, Agnes and Eileen.

Visitation will be held at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Wednesday, July 15th 7pm – 9pm. Prayers Wednesday evening at 7 o’clock. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St.Patrick’s Church, 377 Oakland Avenue, London on Thursday morning, July 16th at 11 o’clock. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
