A London Police Service media release:

On Sunday September 27th, 2009, at approximately 3:25 a.m., uniformed officers of the London Police Service observed a stolen vehicle in the area of Southdale Road at Millbank Drive. Police attempted to stop the vehicle but the driver refused to stop. A pursuit was initiated and the vehicle travelled to Pond Mills Road at Burlington Gate where the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck the curb. The driver and a passenger fled on foot. After a foot pursuit the driver was arrested by police. The passenger was able to escape capture and is still outstanding. As a result, Kyle KING, 18 years, of London is charged with Failing to comply with recognizance, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Fail to Stop for Police, Impaired Operation of Motor Vehicle, Fail to Provide Breath Sample, Disqualified Operation of a motor Vehicle, Posses Break-in Instrument and Posses Property Obtained by Crime.
