Another Incidence of Dangerous Driving

A London Police Service media release:

21 year old Kyle Matthews-Jedriak of London charged with possession of stolen property over $5000.00, dangerous driving, and two counts of fail to stop at the scene of accident.

The incident began when the accused stole a car from a parking lot on Wharncliffe Road in London. The accused rear ended another vehicle at the intersection of Richmond Street and St James Street and left the scene. The accused then drove the vehicle across the front lawn of two residences on Wellington Street, striking a 3 foot retaining wall. The accused then left the scene here travelling at a high rate of speed and collided with another vehicle at Oxford Street. The accused then left the scene again where the vehicle was stopped at Harvard Street and Waterloo Street.

After a brief foot chase the accused was apprehended. A female driver suffered minor injuries. Damage is estimated at $16,000.00.
