Trio Charged After Stolen Credit Card Used
A London Police Service media release:
On October 16 2009 at 3:45pm officers responded to the plaza located at 1080 Wellington Road South in relation to a fraud.
Three males had purchased items using a stolen credit card. Further investigation revealed the males had also purchased items from the shopping centre at 1105 Wellington Road. Items were valued at $395.00.
All of the items were recovered including the stolen credit card.
- 38 year old Naser Ahmed Habash of London is charged with two counts of fraud under $5000.00 and possession of property obtained by crime.
- 28 year old Dwayne Woodcock of London is charged with fraud under $5000.00 and possession of property obtained by crime.
- 37 year old Tony Greenham also of London is charged with possession of property obtained by crime.
