On Wednesday October 21 2009 between 12 pm and 12:30 pm a 39 year old female was walking on the north side of Commissioners Road near Eagle Street when she was approached by an unknown male. The male struck the female in the back, took her cellphone and fled northbound on Eagle Street. The victim was not injured. The suspect is described as a white male, 6’, 170 lbs, brown goatee wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
