That’s right in front of Response Generators where I work. Doesn’t stop me from getting to work, but let’s just say that even on foot, it’s a pain.
I’ll admit that it’s inconvenient if you’re on the wrong side of the street and have to cross over to get through the intersection. But the alternative is to not do the work and let the pipes deteriorate. Which would only postpone the disruption, and cause the city to lose out on the infrastructure funding from the province and the feds. (PS – I hyperlinked RG since you neglected to do it)
