Attempted Oxy Fraud
A London Police Service media release:
On Tuesday November 10 2009 at 11:33am a male entered the pharmacy of the Real Canadian Superstore on Oxford Street West in London. The male produced a prescription for a large number of Oxycontin pills.
The Pharmacist quickly identified the prescription as fraudulent and contacted the London Police who located the male at the above location and arrested him.
Patrick Allen Martin Dunn-Wesley 24 years of Pickering Ontario is charged with one count of uttering a forged document and attempt to commit fraud.
