A London Police Service media release:

At 8:05pm on November 10 2009 London Police Officers were approached by a concerned citizen about a male who could barely walk. The male was then seen getting into the drivers seat of a vehicle that was parked in the lot at 85 Walnut Street. Officers spoke with the male and determined he was intoxicated.

61 year old Ernest Mason of London is charged with one count of impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80mgs of alcohol in blood.
