Caught In The Act
A London Police Service media release:
On Monday November 16 2009 at 2:35 am a citizen observed two people attempting trying door handles to a vehicle parked car on Robin Road. The citizen called Police and provided a description of the suspects.
Police attended and arrested the two suspects who were found crouched down behind a vehicle in a parking lot on Berkshire Drive. Stolen property from a motor vehicle broken into on Phillis Street was recovered.
Kyle Alexander Smith 21 years of London is charged with possession of stolen property and possession of break and enter tools.
