Warrant Executed in Belmont
A London Police Service media release:
On Tuesday November 10 2009 at 2 pm the London Police Service Guns and Drugs Section in partnership with the London RCMP Drug Section executed a search warrant to a residence on Crossley Hunter Line in Belmont. Police seized a quantity of oxycodone and morphine (total worth $15,390), $1,123.17 in currency, a 2008 Chevrolet truck and a loaded .22 calibre Mossberg rifle.
Lynn Jack Hepworth 70 years of Belmont is charged with two counts of possession of oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking, four counts of possession of morphine for the purpose of trafficking, unsafe storage of a firearm, unsafe storage of ammunition, storage of a firearm contrary to regulations and possession of a firearm without being the holder of a licence or registration.
