Gunpoint Robbery
A London Police Service media release:
On Wednesday November 18 2009 at approximately 6 pm a 23 year old male was walking in the area of Oxford Street and McNay Street when he was offered a ride by three males inside of a vehicle. The victim got into the back of the car with one of the males. The male brandished a handgun and demanded property from the victim. When the vehicle was stopped on Mornington Avenue, the victim was able to escape the vehicle without injury. Nothing was stolen. Police are looking for three suspects described as:
- Driver: White male, 20-25 years old, 5’5, 160-170 lbs, dark hair wearing thick glasses, dark colored sweater or hooded jacket.
- Front passenger: White male, 20- 25 years old, 5’5, 160-170 lbs, dark hair wearing a dark hat and dark colored sweater or jacket.
- Rear passenger: Male, 5’5, 160-170 lbs, medium complexion, shaved head and was wearing a white sweater with yellow on the arms, sleeves and hood and wearing blue jeans.
The car is described as an older white large sized sedan with a bench seat in the front with a red trim pinstripe around it.
