Charged With B&E

A London Police Service media release:

On Saturday November 21 2009 at approximately 12:06 am a citizen heard a car alarm sounding in a parking lot on Queens Avenue, looked outside and observed a male in possession of stolen property from his vehicle.

The citizen confronted the suspect and the accused attempted to flee on his bicycle. There was a brief struggle between the citizen and the suspect. Two foot patrol officers in the area at the time observed the struggle. The suspect broke free of the citizen’s grasp and the officers pursued the suspect on foot until he was arrested in a parking lot on Dundas Street. Through further investigation it was found that the male had also broken into several vehicles in the area.

Wade Neine-Sah Aquash 31 years of London is charged with failing to comply with a recognizance, loitering at night, possession of break-in instrument, four counts of possession of stolen property, eight counts of property damage and two counts of attempting to steal a motor vehicle.
