On November 26th, 2009 at 10:25pm London Police officers stopped a motor vehicle for Highway Traffic Act violations in the area of Egerton St and Florence St. Upon stopping, the male driver fled on foot and was given chase. He was subsequently arrested by officers a short distance away and resisted arrest. As a result, two officers received minor injuries. James MOODY, 23 years of London is charged with resisting arrest, driving while suspended, driving with no insurance, using a plate not authorized for the vehicle, failing to display two plates and driving with no validation on plate.
