Gunpoint Intrusion in SW London
A London Police Service media release:
On Wednesday December 2 2009 at 8:20 pm a male knocked on a door to an apartment on Baseline Road West. When the 62 year old male resident opened the door, the unknown male suspect pushed his way inside the apartment, brandished a gun and proceeded to threaten the victim.
The victim grabbed the gun and attempted to disarm the suspect. The victim was able to escape the apartment with minor injuries.
Police attended and arrested the suspect in the front lobby of the apartment building. A revolver was seized in a hallway.
Kenneth John Walker 35 years of London is charged with assault with a weapon and uttering threats.
