Dog Bites SOHO Pedestrian

A London Police Service media release:

On Monday December 14 2009 at approximately 2:30 pm a 62 year old female was walking in the area of Wellington Street and St George Street when she saw a dog running at large with no owner in sight and attempted to coral the dog in. The dog lunged at the female and bit her on the leg.

The female received non life threatening injuries. The area was searched and the dog and owner were not located.

Police would like to speak with the owner and verify vaccination records.

The dog is described as a medium to large dog, short haired with a thin build, longer hair on the face, wearing a collar and a yellow and brown sweater/coat.
