Search Warrant Executed
A London Police Service media release:
On Tuesday December 15 2009 at 6:41 pm the London Police Service Guns and Drugs Section in partnership with the RCMP Drug Section executed a search warrant to a residence on Culver Drive. Police seized 78 grams of cocaine ($7,800), small quantity of hydromorphone, 51 grams of marihuana ($510) and $760 in Canadian currency.
David Hurd, 28 years, Tesia Brothers 22 years both of London are charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of hydromorphone.
Scott Godin 26 years of London is charged with unlawfully possess marihuana.
David Hurd is additionally charged with breaching a recognizance.
