From My Bottom Step

While browsing some of the posts over on NaBloPoMo I came across one that was written by Gloria Chadwick.

Gloria’s a writer who lives in San Antonio, Texas. Her main focus is on New Age stuff (meditation, reincarnation) but she’s written some cookbooks. Those two subject areas don’t seem incompatible to me but I’m not quite sure why. Maybe you can suggest some possible reasons?

One of Gloria’s blogs is called Chadwick Pages, and that’s where she offers excerpts from the books that she’s written.

Even better than that …

I’m also going to be doing a book giveaway. I’ll do a drawing at the end of the month from all the people who’ve left comments. The winner can choose the book he or she wants from all the books I’ve blogged about.

I’m going to have to check out some of her books to see if they’re as good as the art that’s on their covers. There’s one that’s got me particularly curious, called Zen Coffee.
