206 Dundas Reborn

I can’t say that I’m overly excited about the imminent re-opening of what used to be downtown London’s Capitol Theatre (where I watched my very first movie), but I’m at least relieved that no longer will Londoners have to look at a “Re-Opening Soon” sign on the front of an embarassingly derelict building.

The Planning Division is excited to be moving into two heritage buildings at 204 and 206 Dundas Street! Many Londoners will recognize the new Planning Division offices as the site of the former Capitol Theatre and Bowles Lunch Building. The Planning Division’s new home is located on the north side of Dundas Street, between Clarence and Richmond Streets. To find out more about the services that have moved click here.
