Mr. Lucas,
Given the communication hell that resulted from City Hall’s new spam filter, I lost sight of the fact that my original 2007/09/07 inquiry about the Transportation Master Plan was never satisfactorily addressed. I’ve only now realized that fact, while preparing for my Thursday appearance at CSCP.
To recap…
In your 2007/10/17 email, you simply stated that “The Transportation Master Plan was last completed in 2004. It is not being updated at this time.”
I then asked in my same-day reply “The Official Plan is under review and the TMP is part of the Official Plan, is it not?”
It would be very much appreciated if you were to offer me some explanation of the OP review process. From my perspective as a pedestrian rights activist, I simply do not understand how any adequate review of the OP could have taken place without reviewing one of its critical component parts, ie the TMP.
Also, since it appears that the TMP was not reviewed, will you please indicate when it will be?
