Thanks for both of your e-mails on this subject matter. We want as many people as possible to use the on-line format as the responses are automatically tallied for us. Other formats are acceptable but we do hope that if someone is on-line that they will use the on-line version.

We will begin promotion of the website in early January. As you know it went live just before Christmas.
