Now is a great time to get together again for another installment of the London PhotoWalk…
14 photographers met at an East London coffee house for the first London Photo Walk yesterday.
The latest in a series of posts about London Ontario eating establishments describes the Budapest Restuarant.
UPDATE: The first London PhotoWalk took place on April 5th, 2009. To find out the results CLICK HERE.
It’s “official.” After a week of community input and hearing what everyone has to say about where and when they would like to participate in a PhotoWalk something has now been “scheduled”.
After taking into consideration the input that people gave in regards to time, place etc. it seemed as if the following was the most appropriate for London’s “first” (?) Group/”Official” (?) PhotoWalk.
Date: Sunday April 5th, 2009
Time: 11:00 AM

With the news in today’s London Free Press of the Children’s Museum having their grant doubled I began to think about recent decisions that the City of London has made and how appropriate these decisions have been.
Most if not all of these decisions involve “hand-outs” in the form of large sums of money to the numerous failing attractions that can be found within the City of London. I had mentioned in the past about the issue of the City of London backing the $500 000 loan that Orchestra London took out, a loan that already has 80% of it eaten up just a short time into the loan period. ((Orchestra London strikes up public pitch)) One of the initial ideas of giving a monthly “allowance” to the Orchestra was rejected, an idea that I believe would have been a more responsible one.
